Sauces are made in South Africa from African ingredients sourced from small farms. Each sauce has a "heat index" on a scale of one (very mild) to ten (very hot). Heat indexes are:
African Ghost Pepper-10+, Bird's Eye Chili-7, Ghost Peri-Peri-6, Lemon & Garlic Peri-Peri-4,
